The Solaro warranty

 

At Solaro Shades, we stand by our products and want you to know you're investing in the best when you buy Solaro glasses from us. That's why we have The Solaro Warranty on all glasses purchased from us. 

How The Solaro Warranty works

The Solaro Warranty is a limited lifetime warranty that provides one replacement pair of sunglasses for the lifetime of the product, as long as the sunglasses were purchased from our website. The replacement will be the style and color of sunglasses purchased as long as they are in stock. If not, the warranty redeemer will receive a pair of equal or lesser value.

What if my product is sold out?

If the product is sold out, customer will be offered either a) another colorway of the same frame style b) a full refund in site credit.


Overall Eyewear Warranty Policy

All Solaro eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for the lifetime of the product. Solaro’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of Solaro products (i.e. sunglasses fit with non-Solaro prescription lenses) will void warranty coverage.

How to claim your warranty

If you need to claim your warranty, you may request a new pair by submitting a request to warranty@solaroshades.com. 

Proof of purchase may be required to claim your warranty, as well as photographs of the damaged item.

Please email the following:

  • Name
  • Order Number 
  • Date of Purchase
  • Picture of the damaged product

Please note: A processing fee of $9.99 is required with each replacement. 

     

    What items are covered by the Warranty?

    The Solaro Warranty exclusively covers damage to all products sold on solaroshades.com.

    What items are not covered by the Warranty?

    The Solaro Warranty does not cover sunglasses that or lost or stolen.
