At Solaro Shades, we stand by the quality of our sunglasses and want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a full refund (excluding the initial shipping cost).
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email help@solaroshades.com with the subject line "RETURN" to start the return process.
- We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for sending back your item.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories (such as extra lenses, cases, and cleaning cloths).
- If any original accessories are missing, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund at our discretion.
