Dubon 1 Sunglasses Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The Dubon 1 Sunglasses Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Participants must purchase a pair of Dubon 1 sunglasses from Solaro Shades between the giveaway start date and December 31, 2023, to be eligible for entry.

2. Entry Period:

  • The Giveaway begins on 12/6/23 and ends on December 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM CST.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must purchase a pair of Dubon 1 sunglasses within the specified entry period.
  • Each pair of Dubon 1 sunglasses purchased represents one entry into the Giveaway.

4. Prize:

  • The winner will receive the following:
    • One (1) hotel room accommodation
    • Airfare for two (round trip)
    • Tickets to the game to see Mauricio Dubon and the Houston Astros play
  • If the winner is not from the continental United States, they will receive $500 in cash considerations towards travel.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and emailed.
  • Winners name will also be posted on Solaro's instagram, @solaroshades.
  • The announcement of the winner will take place on January 1st, 2024, and will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

6. Claiming the Prize:

  • The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification. To claim prize, just email jesse@solaroshades.com.
  • Failure to respond within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Travel Restrictions:

  • The winner is responsible for any travel-related documents, including passports and visas.
  • All travel arrangements must be coordinated with the sponsor and are subject to availability and blackout dates.

8. General Conditions:

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or violates the terms and conditions.

9. Publicity:

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants grant the sponsor the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability:

  • The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.

11. Governing Law:

  • The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma.
